About Us
Family owned and operated since 1987, Auto Gallery specializes exclusively in the
maintenance and repair of Audi® and Volkswagen® automobiles. By limiting the number of automobile manufacturers
we service, we are able to maintain the latest technical information, special tools, equipment, and parts
required to handle any Audi® or VW® repair. This includes factory repair manuals, complete parts library, real
time factory service bulletins, and factory electronic test equipment normally only found in a franchised
dealership. For you, the customer, this means that your car is properly diagnosed, repaired, and back on the
road in the least amount of time and at the least possible cost. Our hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday
through Friday. For your convenience, we are also open most Saturday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for
scheduled wait on oil changes.
Our Pricing
We pride ourselves on saving our customers money. Not just a few dollars here and there,
but real money. Our hourly labor rate is $79 per hour while our competitor’s rates are $89 and $99 respectively.
That’s a minimum of a 13% savings on labor alone. Depending on the type of part it is, we are also able to offer
part discounts ranging from 10% to 40%. How can we offer these savings? The answer is simple. We shop our parts
from over a dozen suppliers, taking full advantage of special buys and volume discounts, and we also don’t have
a multi-million dollar facility to maintain.
Our Warranty
Most independent repair shops give a 90 day or 3,000 mile warranty on their parts and labor.
Franchised dealerships usually give a 12-month or 12,000 mile warranty on their parts and labor. We are proud
to provide a full 15 months or 15,000 miles on most parts and labor installed and provided by us. Some wear
items are excluded. Over-the-counter parts sales, not installed by us, are limited to the manufacturer’s
original warranty.
Our Parts
When repairing your Audi® or VW®, we only use factory or OEM (original equipment manufacture)
parts. We do not, and will not, install parts from second and third tier aftermarket suppliers. Over the past
18 years, we have learned where to get the best parts at the very best price. We receive parts on a daily basis
from over a dozen suppliers in eight states. We strive to maintain an inventory of all commonly used maintenance
and repair parts for all VW® and Audi® models from 1992 on. In addition to our regular parts inventory, we keep
literally hundreds of Audi® VW® specific seals, gaskets, bulbs, electrical connectors, terminal ends, and other
specialty hardware. Rest assured that when you come in for a regularly scheduled service or repair, the correct
parts will be on hand.
Our Tools
In the auto repair business, there are many tools that can make a repair easier. There are
just as many tools, however, that make a repair possible at all. In addition to standard automotive shop tools,
there are dozens upon dozens of Audi® VW® specialty tools and equipment needed in order to properly, service,
diagnose and repair many Audi® VW® systems. Because we work on these cars all day every day, we have and continue
to buy these special tools as Audi® and VW® make them available. We are proud to say that we are possibly the only
independent repair shop in a multi state area that owns or has use of the VAG 1551 and VAS 5052 factory scan tools.
To provide the best service, you must have the best tools. While we have many many shelves of special tools, we
consider our most important tool to be knowledge. There simply is no substitute for 18 years of hands on experience.
